where to begin? last time i left off it was 10/11 and i saw incubus in san antonio... 
i came back to corpus that night, wrote a paper, and turned it in the next day. that was friday. that day traci and i went back to san antonio (she had went w/ me the night before) to go see freestate . i drove her rodeo again, and i was ready to party. about halfway there we stopped at a store and she found out that she forgot her wallet in corpus. it wasn’t that big of a deal, so we went on with out it. the show was at the white rabbit, and they played with like 7 other bands. one band that caught my eye, was called 41 down . they where pretty cool. afterwards we all took off in the pouring rain to embassy suites on loop 410 and 281. andrea and i had picked up beer earlier, and we all sneaked it in the hotel. nobody really partied that night except for hector, me, and joel... he got so trashed he wasn’t able to talk right, and it was the funniest thing ever. traci and i took off like at 6, and got a hotel across the road. for the second time in three weeks, i got the last room they had. it was a handicapped room, and had this crazy shower... we slept in the next day, and met everyone at the market square in downtown san antonio. traci went shopping there, and i took some cool black and white pictures on my lubitel camera... anyway, i don’t think we did much else that weekend, but watch the tyson fight at hector’s dads... on tuesday i went to applebee’s with traci for there 99 cent drinks, but she is only 20, so we had to share... anyway, the band finally found a new practice room, so we hung out there later that night... on thursday night- the band, traci, angie, and i, went to kinko’s and made some flyers... afterwards, we spread out around town and put them up. why all of this you ask? because on friday (10.26) i found a record company that is intrested in the band and they are suppose to come out to 
centre theatre for a show.. other news i got the new aphex twin cd called drukqs... it is coming out next week (i think) and it is a double cd... do i like it? you bet your ass... i have been waiting for it for some time (5 yrs?), and was really pleased on the way it came out... 
my favorite song off it at the moment is called vordhosbn...Richard D. James scored a few more points in my book this time around..
well on friday we where suppose to have a show in fort worth, and stay the weekend in dallas... but, since we did a good job at the ‘white rabbit’ the week before, they invited us back again for another show... of course we took that one, since it is a huge venue for what the band plays. this time i took my truck, and didn’t get out of town till pretty late which sucked cause traci got off of work early and everything. well, they played a kick ass show, and i think it is the best one i have seen so far... i think it is because they are finally practicing again. anyway, andrea and i went to get beer again, but this time we all stayed at the same motel, which was much cheaper and we had more rooms. once all the beer was gone, everyone decided to go to the famous railroad tracks, where the kids push you over... i didn’t want to stay by myself, so i went along to see what the big deal was about. BIG BULLSHIT... everyone else believed it though, except for a few smart souls. anyway, the next day traci and i went to the river center, where we where suppose to meet up with everyone. we found gabe, sammie, and jesse at the food court eating pizza... since i wanted real food, traci and i went to tony roma’s which was like right there anyway... when we got done we ran into everyone else eating at the food court... anyway, angie and saul decided to go shopping with traci and i... we shopped at the river center for an hour or so, and angie bought a $5 strawberry... anyway, when we where done there, we headed over to North Star, so the girls could go to some stores they wanted to there... the only thing i was intresed in was going to the J Crew store, since that is the only time i ever get to see what i fit in, since i order online... (in austin too)... anyway we didn;t get back to late and the only other thing i did was eat out with my parents and some of there friends. the next day though, traci and i went to the 41st annual texas jazz festival in downtown corpus christi. that has become my single favorite event in corpus the last few years... one band that impressed me was the Trinity University Jazz Ensemble. they played some gill evans/miles davis arrangements. it would have been better if it was bill evans trio... bill evans and gill evans do sound the same though... anyway, tonight i went over to matts w/ traci to pick up some software.. he gave me dream weaver 4 and photo shop 6... so expect a brand new web page in the future... and something kick ass i hope... we also stayed and watched Blair Witch 2, 
which i had never seen before... it sux hardcore... on tuesday, i saw America’s Sweethearts at the cheap movies, and it was better than i thought it was going to be. Hank Azaria did an awesome job as usual, and i also thought john cusack was okay... seth green was in the movie, but he wasn’t really funny or anything... that really surpised me... on wednesday and thursday i had two huge test and only had like 3 hours asleep between both days... and thursday is today... stayed tuned for the next journal in 7 days...
