This past month went by pretty fast. My productions company put on its first few shows this month, and they went pretty well besides for the sound guy not showing up. For Valentines day, I was able to get front row center tickets for the Broadway show Rent. I had seen it once before with my friend Krishelle, but this time it was a lot better since the seats where right up front… Traci had never seen it, and she thought it was really good. The next day we went to Austin to see an in store of the Australian country singer Kasey Chambers, at Waterloo records. Went to Chuy’s and spent the night in San Antonio… we had to go back to Corpus for a show the next day… Did do a quick stop at California Pizza Kitchen 1st. besides that I went to Kingsville for another show, and partied here in corpus. I did get sick this last week, and had to miss almost a week in school. I am much better now. As far as music, I got the orange county soundtrack, and I thought it was really good… I also got the tenacious d cd, and it wasn’t everything I thought it would be… and I finally got a copy of requiem for a dream on dvd… it was the uncut version that I had not been able to get down here since It came out… besides that nothing much else going on. I did find out that one of my poems is going to be published in a few months in this non-profit book… that’s pretty cool. I am not sure where you can buy it, but I will give a heads up when they tell me… and I finally got a digital camera (that doubles as an mp3 player) so I don’t have to scan my pictures anymore… peace out, and have a safe spring break.. later, will add pics later.
